Aleksandr Drozdetsky is a Russian right winger on Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.
Drozdetsky was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in 2000, after his rookie season in the Super League with SKA St. Petersburg. He never played in the NHL or any of its affiliates, and has played in the Super League or KHL for the last 11 seasons. He joined CSKA Moscow in 2001, and had 27 points in his first year with the club. He joined Ak Bars Kazan in 2003, and played two years with the club, but was traded away before the team won a league title. He actually had the best season of his career with Ak Bars Kazan in 2003-04, scoring 16 goals and 31 points. He finished the 2004-05 season with Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, and began the next year with Avangard Omsk before being dealt again, this time to SKA St. Petersburg. He set a career high with 66 penalty minutes in 2006-07, and was traded again in 2007. He played the next two years with Spartak Moscow before joining Severstal Cherepovets in 2009. He was traded to Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk after just 11 games with Cherepovets.
