Vladislav Bulin is a Russian defenseman on Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.

Bulin was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in 1992 after a strong showing at the World Juniors. He played two years with Dynamo Moscow before joining the Hershey Bears in the AHL. He played two years with the Bears before joining the Philadelphia Phantoms in 1996. He returned to Russia in 1998, joining SKA St. Petersburg. He joined Lada Togliatti in 2001, but only played two seasons with the club before joining Dynamo Moscow in 2003. He won a league title with the club in 2005, and joined Metallurg Magnitogorsk the following year. He put up a career high 13 points with the team in his first season with the club, and won his second league championship with the team in 2007. He played with Magnitogorsk until 2010, when he joined Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk. He was named an assistant captain for the 2010-11 season.
