When he was in college, he enrolled at Pepperdine University, where he was a college golf varsity player. He was able to win 2 tournaments and was included in the All-American thrice.


After college, he decided to pursue golf as a profession, so he played for the eGolf Professional Tour in 2012. His first Tour was on the following year and was ranked 49th on the money list, which earned him to enter the PGA Tour.

In 2014, he joined the WNB Golf Classic of the Tour and won his first-ever title as a professional golfer. He also participated in his first PGA Tour at the Shell Houston Open but failed.

He also missed the cut during the 2014-15 PGA Tour season and finished badly in the FedEx Cup, making him lose his tour card. Due to this, he returned to the Tour for a season. In the 2016 season, he was ranked 41st on the money list, which is not enough for him to earn a PGA Tour card.

In 2017, he finished 8th place on the money list and managed to win a title during the Panama Claro Championship. After regaining his PGA Tour card, he joined the Barracuda Championship and won the event.
