Brooks Koepka is a former World No.1 who plays in the LIV Tour. As of July 2022, he has been suspended by the PGA Tour for participating in the LIV Tour. Koepka turned professional in 2012 and he has 15 professional wins under his belt, 8 of those he won on the PGA Tour. He also has wins in the European Tour, Japan Golf Tour, and Challenge Tour.

Koepka was born on May 3, 1990, in West Palm Beach, Florida. He currently still resides in Florida in Jupiter. He also attended Florida State University. He stands 183 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 93 kg. In 2022, he married American actress Jena Sims.


As an amateur golfer, he played collegiate golf for Florida State. There, he was named a three-time All-American. He also qualified for the US Open as an Amateur but he missed the cut.

He turned pro in the summer of 2012 and he started playing in the Challenge Tour. In 2014, he started playing on the PGA Tour with the help of sponsor exemptions. He would earn his PGA card that year and he finished 15th in the PGA Championships. He was also nominated for the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year.

He won his first PGA event in 2015 and the same year, he decided to give up his European Tour membership in order to focus on the PGA. In 2016, he tied for the 4th spot at the PGA Championships. A year later, he won the US Open and he would do so again the following year. Also in 2018, he won the PGA Championships, defending the title in 2019.

Koepka ran into some controversy in 2022 when he joined the LIV Tour, effectively ending his career with the PGA Tour.
