Which is the best? It's Man Utd, isn't it?

Who has the better stats, players and coaches? Who has also been around the longest. This is something I battle with my friend about alot. Lives in the city, but loves Utd. Sometimes my friend confuses me, least I get pay back when he comes to the states and I tell him its not called "FOOOOOTBALL".
