Indian Premier League or International Premier League???

Should the team names change now that the location has changed???? Cape Town Daredevils and Pretoria Knight Riders might not sound cool enough, but with reduced gates, lesser people, low player knowledge (for the many domestic people) and no link to the teams, this time the IPL will be quite poor in terms of popularity. OR Wont it??? Is there a chance that the new venues, bigger grounds and different atmosphere will make things better for this tournament???
