UEFA Cup performance
Navas was amazing in the UEFA Cup final win against Middlesbrough. He's a solid midfielder and will have a great future if the team makes him develop the qualities he lacks.
Navas is an excellent player, but I think the best is yet to come from him.Over the next few years we'll see just how good he can be. But I can see him remaining a dominant force through-out his career.
If he doesn't start traveling for games and stop being a big baby about being homesick he won't be on the squad for alot longer. I've never heard of such a thing and regardless of how good a player is, they should not be able to make their own decisions like that
I agree that the homesickness of Navas is alittle beyond rediculous. I mean how can one get anxity and seizures from being too far away from home. He has lots of potential but I guess moving to a different club will be totaly out of question, since that will give him one long long long longing for home
Having an anxiety order is not being a "big baby" many people suffer from it, and it's a serious problem. Navas should seek some kind of assistance for this, and maybe get on some medications to help him?
In my opinion, drugs will not help Navas. I know there are medicines for depression but the case of Navas is different. I think close family ties does that to people who have homesickness disorder. I think he needs some psychological help. But regarding his performance, its no doubt he's becoming one of the best. If he doesn't have this disorder, he might be one the best already.
I can see someone having an anxiety disorder and such, but if it affects their carrier, then it should change. Navas should know that he'll be traveling with his team, so he'll be away from home obviously - it's self inflicted.
