Perhaps one of the most celebrated positions in American football, a “quarterback” is a player whose performance can affect the entire offensive team. Considered as the leader of the offensive team, a “quarterback” calls the play during a huddle and is responsible for effectively throwing the football downfield to the most eligible downfield receiver. A quarterback has to have physical traits, such as: arm strength, good vision, quick arm release, and mobility.
