Logan Lee Mankins plays offensive line for the New England Patriots in the NFL. In 2005, he was the 32nd pick overall, of the first round adn was drafted by the Patriots team. Mankins played his college ball for Fresno State University.
In 2005, his first professional season, the 6-foot-4, 310-pound lineman started all 16 regular season games. In his first three seasons, he rarely missed a game. He’s known for being tough, competitive and intense. Mankins shows fine agility, good strength and a quick initial punch. His technique is not as refined as it could be, sometimes his footwork is lacking, but the lineman utilizes effective body positioning and leverage application. Mankins has performed consistently and passionately in this first three seasons.
In 2007 and in 2009, he was a Pro Bowl selection. In 2007, he also won the All-Pro selection prior to which he won the first team All-WAC in 2004. During his course of time in this field, he has professionally played in 84 games, started 84 games and made one fumbles recovery.
