Justin Simmons is an American football player. Since 2016, he has played for the Denver Broncos in the National Football League. In 2020, he was selected to play in the Pro Bowl. He has also been named to the Second-team All-Pro twice in his career, most recently in 2021. Prior to the NFL, he played college football for Boston College.

Professional Career
Simmons was selected by the Denver Broncos during the 2016 NFL Draft. They picked him in the third round and he was the 98th overall pick of the draft. They signed him in May 2016 and he made his debut in the season opener.
By 2018, he was the starting free safety following a great 2017 season. He started in all the Broncos games in 2018. In 2019, he was named to the Second-team All-Pro for the first time. He will be named to this team again in 2021. In 2020, he was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career.
The Broncos placed the franchise tag on Simmons in 2020 and again in 2021. Also, in 2021, he signed a four-year contract extension with the team.
