Fred Warner is an American football player from California. He has been playing in the National Football Association for the San Francisco 49ers since 2018. In 2020, he was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time. He was also named to the First-team All-Pro.

Federico Anthony Warner was born on November 19, 1996, in San Marcos, California to parents Fred and Laura Warner. The linebacker stands 191 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 104. He started playing football when he was 7 years old after experimenting with other sports. He grew up a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
He attended Mission Hills High School and he later committed to play for the Birmingham Young University. He played for BYU for four years. In 2017, he announced that he was invited to play in the 2018 Senior Bowl.

Professional Career
He was drafted into the NFL by the 49ers during the 2018 NFL Draft. They picked him in the third round and he was the 70th overall pick of the draft.
The team signed him to a four-year contract in June of that year. In 2020, he was ranked No.70 in the list of NFL Top 100 Players 2020. In the same year, he was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career. He was also later named to the First-team All-Pro.
In 2021, he signed a record US$95 million contract with the 49ers for a five-year extension.
