Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafted Ronald Jones II was drafted in the second round as the 38th overall pick in NFL Draft 2018. Jones was the fifth running back to be chosen that year. Jones made his debut during Week 4 against Chicago Bears. In the 48 to 10 loss, Jones had ten carries for a total of 29 rushing yards. In a battle versus Cleveland Browns during Week 7, he successfully scored his first rushing touchdown in the NFL as his team won by 26 to 23. Jones finished the season with 23 carries and one rushing touchdown.
