Wide receiver Jason Hill was chosen by the San Francisco 49ers as the 76th overall pick in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played his college ball at Washington State. Presently, he is with the Jacksonville Jaguars team of National Football League.
In three seasons with the Washington State Cougars, he played in 33 games, making 107 receptions for 2,104 yards (19.7 YPC) and 25 touchdowns. In one season with the 49ers, Hill has played in five games, making one reception for six yards. He also made two special teams tackles. Hill was released from the 49ers on 16th November, 2010 and the very next day was claimed by the team of Jacksonville Jaguars.
As of 2009, he has made 40 receptions, with receiving yards of 413 and averaging to 10.3. His receiving touchdown reached to 4.

At six-feet and 192 pounds, Hill is an average sized receiver. He shows a good first burst and excellent downfield speed, making him a fine deep threat. He’s got fine hands and runs a variety of routes well. For Hill, concentration may be a problem at times, causing concerns when it comes to dropped passes. There may be some durability issues with Hill.
