Jared Goff is a professional American football player in the National Football League (NFL). He currently holds the quarterback position for the Lost Angeles Rams. He is an NFC champion and a two-time Pro Bowler.

Born on October 14, 1994 in California, Goff played football for Marin Catholic High School. He played college football for the University of California, Berkeley and set 26 Cal records. Goff declared for the 2016 NFL Draft and was selected with the first overall pick by the Los Angeles Rams.

He started for several games during his rookie season and had five passing touchdowns. He got his first playoff appearance and was named to his first Pro Bowl in 2017. In 2018, the Rams won the NFC Championship and advanced to the Super Bowl LIII but they were ultimately beaten by the New England Patriots.

His current player statistics are 65-25 touchdowns-interceptions, 9,581 passing yards, 62.1 completion percentage, 94.7passer rating, 175 rushing yards, and 4 rushing touchdowns.
