Kareem Hunt is a professional American football player in the National Football League (NFL). He currently holds the running back position in the Cleveland Browns. He is a Pro-Bowker and a rushing yards leader in the NFL.

Born on August 6, 1995 in Ohio, Hunt was rated a three-star recruit by Rivals.com while he attended South High School. He went on to study at Toledo where he broke the rushing yards records, yards per rush, and yards from scrimmage. In the 2017 NFL Draft, he was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs.

During his rookie year, he ranked third in rushing yards – eventually reaching the top spot before the season was done. He was also named to the 2018 Pro Bowl. However, the Chiefs released Hunt due to an altercation with a woman in a hotel.

The Cleveland Browns signed Hunt on February 11, 2019. His current player statistics are 2,151 rushing yards, 4.7 yards per carry, 15 rushing touchdowns, 79 receptions, 833 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns.
