Akhil Patel is an English Cricketer born on 18th June 1990 in Nottingham, England. He plays for Nottinghamshire since 2009. Other teams he has played for include Derbyshire and Derbyshire’s Second XI team. Patel is a left-handed batsman who is also a useful slow left-arm bowler. He is seen as a dependable force with the bat, who can perform really well on his day. His brother Samit is also a cricketer who plays for Nottinghamshire.
