Rowan Milburn is a former woman cricket player and also a daughter of a former test cricketer Barry Douglas Milburn. She was born in Mosgiel in New Zealand in 1977. She started her international cricket career by playing for Netherlands women’s cricket team in the 2000 World Cup. She was a right handed batsman, and an excellent wicket keeper in field.
She has played for Canterbury Magicians (New Zealand women’s cricket team that plays domestic cricket) and Otago Sparks (a New Zealand women’s cricket team) in the State League the premier domestic women’s one-day cricket competition in New Zealand.
Rowan Milburn has played for both New Zealand women and Netherlands women in women’s One Day International cricket. She played in around 15 ODI matches and scored around 14 Innings with 237 runs and an average of 18.23.
Rowan Milburn played her debut One Day Internationals against England Women on November 30, 2000 at Lincoln and last One Day Internationals against England Women at Shenley on August 30 2007. She made her debut in India in the Quadrangular Series in early 2007.
