Amit Singh

Amit Singh is an Indian cricket player born in Bidar, Karnataka in 1981. He played for teams like Gujarat and the Rajasthan Royals IPL Franchise team. By position, this right hand batsman is right arm medium fast pacer. At present, he is part of the Rajasthan Royals team to play at the IPL 5 season 2012.

Amit got recognition post being signed by the Rajasthan Royals, for the second edition of the IPL held in South Africa in 2009. He was another prominent player, to be praised by Shane Warne, the Rajasthan Captain and coach. With his score of 4 for 19 against the team of Bangalore Royal Challengers, he achieved the recognition of “Man of the Match” award.
