Mohammad Nazimuddin is a top order batsman who bats right handedly. He started his first class career when he was 16 as a representative of Chittagong Division. Soon he was included in the Bangladesh A and Under 19 sides and as he recorded an array of good scores, his name lingered in the minds of selectors. During the final of the 4 day National League, he bashed scores of 103 and 82. His performance against England A in the initial part of 2007 brought him in the limelight for an international call-up.
