Marcia Letsoalo is a right arm medium bowler and bats right handedly. She plays for South Africa Women team.

Marcia learnt how to bowl on the streets of Phalaborwa. She played impressively for Northerns and then in 2007 was selected in the national side. Her cricketing idol is Jacques Kallis, however Makhaya Ntini is her favorite bowler. She feels certain that if she works hard, she can endeavor to follow his career path. When she does not play, she acts as a coach of the Under-13 team at Atteridgeville Cricket Club.

On 14th March 2009, Marcia competed against Sri Lanka Women at Sydney (North Sydney Oval No. 2). In this match, she got the opportunity to bowl 2 overs, none of which were maiden, conceded 5 runs and failed to take any wicket. She did not get an opportunity to bat in this match. South Africa Women won this match by 9 wickets with 129 deliveries to spare.
