Sunette Loubser was the captain of Boland and a right arm offbreak spinner. In 2007, she was offered a break in the South Africa Women cricket team against Pakistan and in 10 overs she conceded only 16 runs and cemented her place in the side. In February 2008, when the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifiers were contested, she claimed 11 wickets in 5 encounters, out of which 3 were ODIs.
