Robert Frylinck is a Professional South African Cricketer who under the Kolpak ruling plays for the Surrey Team. He is a right handed batsman and a right-arm medium bowler. He was born on 27th September 1984 in Durban, South Africa.

Robert is a hard hitting All-Rounder similar to the legendary Lance Klusener. His debut came on 13th October 2005 where he played a first-class match against Western Province. In the same season came another debut in the SuperSport Series for the Nashua Dolphins.

In 2006, he was also a member of the South African National Academy. Robert has a wide experience in England’s League Cricket. Domestic and county cricket has always witnessed good performances from Robert Frylinck. He has a good knack of bowling Yorkers and bouncers and many of his previous coaches have acknowledged it.

His batting has also been a good aspect for which ever team he has played. He maintains a healthy strike rate throughout the innings and is capable of power hitting required at the depth overs. He has played 31 First-Class matches in total and has scored 965 runs at an average of 25.39. Also he has been successful in picking up 87 wickets at an average of 28.50. The Delhi Daredevils have selected Robert Frylinck keeping in mind the all round skills he has portrayed in the earlier formats of the games he has played.
