Benjamin Andrew Stokes> is also referred frequently as Ben Stokes. This left handed batsman is an English cricketer who also plays as a right arm medium pacer. He has so far played for the Durham team and also for the England U-19 team. Son of Gerard Stokes, Ben is an all rounder who has exceptional skills.
This is a talented all rounder who has developed and polished himself after joining the Durham team. The year 2009 marked as a memorable moment for Ben and his family, when he stepped for the first time to play for the Durham team at the Oval and took the wicket of batsman, Mark Ramprakash with only his third delivery in a professional way.
From then onwards, Ben made a productive time at the under 19 World Cup, scoring a century against India, prior to which he made a maiden 50 on his first class debut for Durham against MCC team.
