Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne and Michael Neser have been selected for Queensland in the match, with the former desperate for runs to reclaim his spot in the Australian Test side ahead of the summer.

Victoria faces South Australia at Melbourne’s Junction Oval with Peter Handscomb, Marcus Harris and Will Pucovski among the key inclusions for the hosts, along with Travis Head for the Redbacks. Head was dropped for the fifth Ashes Test.

Western Australia entertains Tasmania at the WACA Ground in Perth, with Australian Test captain Tim Paine lining up for the Tigers along with Matthew Wade. WA is yet to name its squad but likely to include Mitch Marsh and Cameron Bancroft.
