Cristian Renan Narvaez Martinez or Cristian Navaez is a Nicaraguan boxer born on January 16, 1995 in Ciudad Sandino in Nicaragua. Currently, he is residing in Veneto, Italy. This former professional boxer competed from 2003 until he announced his retirement in early 2021. During his professional career, he played 51 bouts. Cristian’s first professional match happened in Gimnasio de Nindiri, Masaya against Jose Ruiz. Unfortunately, he lost via unanimous decision. The next year, he was pitted against Julio Borda and this time he won via KO. Up until 2018, all his matches prior were held in Nicaragua.

His first match outside Nicaragua happened on June 30, 2018. The match was against Sunny Edwards in The SSE Arena, Belfast, where he lost the match. The next matches in Italy and Spain were also a series of losses for Cristian. In November 2019, he finally won against Carlos Alvarez in Casino Gran Madrid. He won via unanimous decision. His most popular fight was against Francesco Grandelli in Milan. Although he lost via unanimous decision, this paved the way for several fights before his announced retirement.

His previous opponents described him as a good boxer who moves a lot in the ring but offers great counter punches. During his career, almost all his bouts are under-card and not main event matches. The majority of which are non-titled matches.
