Roli Gasca is one of the promising new boxers from Cebu City, Philippines. Born on June 8, 1989, Gasca made his debut at the Bantayan Multi Purpose Center, fighting against Albert Villacampa. After winning the match he went on to fight Alfredo Basadre at the Mindanao Polytechnic State College in Cagayan de Oro City in 2007. Gasca was also a contestant in a local boxing show, the Search for the Next Pinoy Boxing Star. In the show, the Filipino bantamweight fought against Renan Branzuela at the Paseo Food and Entertainment Center in Cebu for the Super Flyweight Semi Final round. He later faced Jerome Bontog in the ring at the ALA Boxing gym in Cebu City, for the Super Flyweight championship.

Gasca suffered his first loss at the hands of Albert Alcoy in 2010. The match was held in Barangay Del Monte, Quezon City, Manila, and Gasca fell down after ten rounds. A few months before that Gasca fought his first international match in Kao Tao, Surat Thani, Thailand, defeating opponent Saenmuangloei Kokietqym.

Gasca won the PABA title in November 2010. Coming in as the underdog, Gasca defeated the reigning PABA champion Tabtimdaeng Na Rachawat in the 6th round in Buriram, Thailand. Tabtimdaeng Na Rachawat is one of the star boxers of Galaxy Stable. All in all, Gasca has fought in a total of 16 matches, won 15 and lost 1. The Filipino bantamweight currently trains with ALA gym.
