Pallacanestro Treviso is a professional basketball club sponsored by Benetton Group. It is also known as Benetton Treviso and Benetton Basket. Its prior sponsorship names were Pall. Treviso from 1962 to 1963 and Liberti Treviso from 1979 to 1981. Benetton Group bought the club in 1982. However, the club still has Pallacanestro Treviso as its legal name. The club’s uniform colors are Green and White.

The club started emerging as a powerful team in Italy as well as Europe after 1990s. In 1992, the club won its first Italian League title with the entry of legendary player Toni Kukoc. Apart from reaching in 1993 Euroleague final, Kukoc was also instrumental in three consecutive Italian Cup victories. With wonderful players like Petar Naumoski and Orlando Woolridge in the team, the club won Saporta Cup in 1995. In 1997 the club won another domestic title in the Italian League. Further victories came with Saporta Cup in 1999, Italian Cup in 2000 and Italian League Championship in 2002 and 2003.In 2006, Benetton Treviso won its 5th Italian League Championship and 8th Italian Cup victory came in 2007.
