Walter Charles Anderzunas was an American basketball player. He attended high school at Creighton Prep in Omaha in Nebraska. He played for the Creighton University in college and was selected by the Detroit Pistons in the sixth round of the 1968 NBA Draft.

In 1969, he was traded by the Atlanta Hawks with a 1972 third round draft pick of Ron Riley to the Cincinnati Royals for Dave Newmark.

Walter later on, played for the Cincinnati Royals from 1969 to 1970 in the NBA for over 44 games. This 6’7 height lad jersey number was 21. In 1969-70, at the age of 24, he played 24 games for the Cincinnati Royals and scored 159 points with total rebounds of 82.

Walter Anderzunas expired in May 1989 at the age of 43.
