Isiah Victor represented Sydney Kings in 2008 and Perth Wildcats in 2009. He has been assigned the spot of Forward. He is 206 centimeters tall and weighs 110 kg.

After his junior and senior seasons, Victor earned third team All SEC honors. In the 1996-97 season, he sat out at Tennessee as a redshirt. He completed his college career as the 17th all time leading scorer in Tennessee history along with 1304 points. He was ranked 11th in free throws (351), 7th in rebounds (799) and 5th in blocked shots (140). His professional career started with Le Havre in 2001-02 in the French ProA League and in 9 games he averaged 5.9 rebounds and 12.8 points. In 2002-03, he played with Mobis Automons in the Korean League. Further, in 2003-04, he played with Golbey-Espinal in the French ProB League and played in 4 games and averaged 1.2 rebounds and 4.8 points. During the 2004 NBA D League Draft, he was chosen by Roanoke in the 3rd round.
