Marc Jackson is a professional basketball player from the United States who studied at Temple University. During the 1997 NBA draft, he was drafted in the 2nd round by Golden State Warriors. He was the overall 37th pick. However, till 2000, he did not begin playing for this team. Prior to the trade deadline in February 2002, he was traded by the Warriors to the Minnesota Timberwolves. He played with this team for 1.5 seasons.

Jackson signed with Philadelphia 76ers in 2003. During the 2005 off season, he was traded to the New Jersey Nets. Prior to the 2005-06 trade deadline, Jackson was traded to New Orleans Hornets. He spent the 2007-08 season with Olympiacos , the legendary Greek League team. However, this team had a new coach, Panagiotis Giannakis, whose system was not suitable for Jackson. Hence, Jackson was released from the team. In August 2008, he joined UNICS Kazan of the Russian Super League and is currently a member of it.
