Mike or Michael Rene Taylor is a professional basketball player from the United States who currently is a member of Los Angeles Clippers in the National Basketball Association. He occupies the spot of Guard. During the 2008 NBA draft, he was drafted by Portland Trail Blazers in the 2nd round. He was the 25th pick and overall 55th pick. In the history of NBA, Taylor is the first player to be drafted out of the NBA Developmental League. On 15th July 2008, he signed his contract with the Clippers.

Mike Taylor completed his schooling from Marshall High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Further, he took admission in Iowa State University. He participated in one season for this University in 2006-07. During this season, he scored 16 points per game and was the leader in the team in respect of scoring. Unfortunately, he had to face some lawsuits and due to these was removed from the team in July 2007.
