High School and College Career

He attended Brunswick High School in Lawrenceville, Virginia. Later, he played college basketball for Radford University from 2011-2015.

In 2015, he was named the Big South Defensive Player of the Year. Jersey Number 2 was also retired by Radford in honor of Green.

Professional Career

Green went undrafted during the 2015 NBA Draft. He went to Europe after that and signed with the Spanish professional basketball team – Peixegalego. After a season with them, he moved to play for Trieste in 2016.

While still with Peixegalego in 2016, he helped them win the LEB Plata Championship. He was also named the LEB Plata MVP.

In 2018, he started playing in Germany for the Ratiopharm Ulm team. In 2019, he was named a BBL All-Star.

In 2019, he returned to the United States to play for the Boston Celtics. After a couple of seasons with the Celtics, he signed with the Chicago Bulls. In 2023, he started playing for the NBA G League team, the Santa Cruz Warriors.
