Brent Barry did his schooling from the De La Salle Catholic High School in Concord, California. He later attended college at the Oregon State University where he played for the college basketball team called the Oregon State Beavers. In 1995, Barry was drafted by the Denver Nuggets and immediately traded to the Los Angeles Clippers. After playing his first three seasons with the Clippers where he also won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest in 1996, Barry was playing with the Miami Heat in 1998 who traded him to the Chicago Bulls in 1999. The Following season, the Bulls traded Barry to the Seattle SuperSonics in 2000. Barry spend 5 season with the SuperSonics and was exchanged to the San Antonio Spurs in 2005. He was a part of the Spurs team that won the NBA Championships in 2004 and 2006. In July 2008, Barry opted to play with the Houston Rockets.
