Clark stands 180 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 76 kg. She attended Mount Juliet High School in Tennessee. She later went on to attend Belmont University from 2005 to 2007. Later, she attended Middle Tennessee State University.


She started her professional playing career in 2012 when she was drafted into the WNBA by the Seattle Storm. She played with the Storm from 2012 to 2020 and she was on the Storm team that won the WNBA Championship in 2018 and 2020.

In 2019, she was named to the WNBA All-Defensive Second Team. A year later, in 2020, he was named to the WNBA All-Defensive First Team.

While she played in the WNBA, she also played internationally. In 2019, she was part of the team that became the Ligue Féminine de Basketball Champion in the French league. The year prior, in 2018, she was named the Basket Liga Kobiet MVP.

In 2021, she signed with the Washington Mystics but she was unable to play in the 2021 season because of an injury. As of 2022, she plays with ASVEL.
