Bogdan Bogdanović is a Serbian professional basketball player. He plays in the National Basketball Association. He also plays in the Serbian National Basketball Team. In addition to the United States, he has also played in basketball leagues in Europe, playing for Partizan from 2010 to 2014 and Fenerbahce from 2014 to 2017.

European Career

Bogdanović started playing basketball professionally in 2010 when he was just 18 years old. He signed with Partizan Belgrade. He stayed with the team from 2010 to 2014. He didn’t play much in his first two seasons.

In the summer of 2013, he played for the Serbian National Basketball Team. In 2014, he signed to play for Fenerbahce. He was still under contract with Partizan at the time, Fenerbahce paid Partizan for the rest of his contract.

In 2020, he was named to the EuroLeague 2010-2020 All-Decade Team.

NBA Career

While he was still playing with Partizan, he was drafted into the NBA by the Phoenix Suns. They later traded him to the Sacramento Kings. He signed with the Kings in 2017. A year later, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team.

In 2020, the Kings traded Bogdanović to the Atlanta Hawks. He went on to sign a four-year contract with the Hawks. It was reportedly worth US$72 Million.
