Bradley Beal is a professional basketball player and an NBA All-Star. This American athlete plays in the shooting guard position for the Washington Wizards.

In high school, he went to Chaminade College Preparatory School where he won the MVP award in the All-Tournament Team. He was also recognized in the state of Missouri as the top high school basketball player. Beal then went on to the University of Florida where he was instrumental in helping the Gators make it to the NCAA Tournament’s Elite Eight.

Beal was selected by the Washington Wizards when he declared for the 2012 NBA draft. In this season, he was chosen to join the 2013 All-Star Weekend and the NBA All-Rookie First Team. For the NBA Rookie of the Year award, he was third in the running.In the 2014 to 2015 Season, he had to miss several games because of several injuries but he was able to score a career-high 28 points later on in the playoffs. He continued to have an injury-plagued career which gradually got better around the middle part of the 2016 to 2017 Season. He recorded an average of 23 points and shot above 40 percent of the three-point range, thus joining only 3 other players to reach this milestone in NBA history.

During the 2017 to 2018 Season, he scored a career-high 51 points and was named into the NBA All-Star team for the first time in his career.
