Betty Bernice Lennox is an American professional basketball player who presently plays for the Los Angeles Sparks in WNBA. She is the daughter of Bernice Lennox. She has five brothers: Freddy, Karl, A.B., Alfred and Charles; and three sisters, Lela, Ruby and Victoria. Betty attended Fort Osage High School in Independence, Missouri, and played under coach Dale Williams.
Betty initially attended Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas, where her team won the Junior College National Championship during the 1996-1997 season. She then transferred to Louisiana Tech, where she graduated in 2000.
Betty was drafted by the Minnesota Lynx in the 2000 WNBA draft, the sixth overall pick in the first round. Betty began the Lennox Foundation 22, to help neglected or abused children, in 2006.

She was the Rookie of the year and WNBA All Star game player in 2000. In 2004, she was the WNBA Finals MVP.
