General Manager

In baseball, a general manager is a person who is responsible for all tasks involved in running the team. The general manager sees to all areas of the organization, including: advertising sponsorships for the team, selling tickets, hiring and firing coaching staff, planning and getting the budget for the team; managing, reviewing, and keeping the player’s contracts, making decisions on trading baseball players, and relaying all relevant reports to top management.
