Chris Carpenter is starting pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals and has been with the team since 2003. He debuted in 1997 for the Toronto Blue Jays and has been in the All-Star selection 2005 and 2006 as well as Pitcher of the Year in 2005. He won the World Series with the Cardinals in 2006.
