A.F.C. Telford United are an English football club based in the city of Telford. They currently feature in the Conference North league which is the sixth level of the English football pyramid.

AFC Telford were actually formed from Telford United. Telford United sank into financial depression at the end of the 2003-2004 season as chairman and 100% shareholder Andrew John Shaw's business empire collapsed. The club was forced into adminstration and it soon became clear to the club's supporters that the club would cease to exist.

The club's supporters then embarked on a mission to re-establish the club. They formed the Supporters' trust, Telford United Supporters Ltd. and became the owners of AFC Telford. Bernard McNally was appointed as the club's manager and the club was placed in the Northern Premier League Division One by the English FA.

AFC Telford gradually progressed through the levels and are now in the Conference North.

AFC Telford play their home matches at the New Bucks Head ground that can accommodate 6,300 supporters.
