Maurizio Lanzaro commenced his professional club football career at Italian club AS Roma in 1998 after developing at the club’s youth academy. He played for them until 2001 and then moved to Hellas Verona. He subsequently featured for Palermo,Cosenza,Empoli,Salernitana and was signed by Reggina in 2005.
