Kieron Courtney Dyer is an English football player of Antiguan descent who currently features for the English Premier League club West Ham United. He plays as an attacking midfielder.
Kieron Dyer started his professional club football at Ipswich Town in 1996 and played for three years for them between 1996 and 1999, scoring 11 goals in 96 league fixtures.
Dyer was signed by Newcastle United in the Premier League in 1999 and played for the Geordies until 2007. He was signed by Newcastle in July 1999 for 6 million pounds, a record transfer fee as far as Ipswich Town are concerned. He was then injured in a Carling Cup match against Bristol Rovers ten days later and missed the rest of the season. Duer started training in the summer of 2008.
Kieron Dyer made his international debut for England against Luxembourg on September 4,199 and went on to play for his nation at the 2002 World Cup finals and Euro 2004. He has played 30 international matches for his nation England so far.
