Eric Boguniecki is an American center on the Anaheim Ducks.

Boguniecki was drafted by St. Louis in 1993. He was signed by Florida in 1999, playing 4 games with them before being traded back to St. Louis, where he played parts of 5 seasons. His best season was in 2002-03, when he set a career high with 22 goals and 59 points in 80 games. He was traded to Pittsburgh after the lockout, and played a total of 43 games in 2005-06. He played 11 games with the New York Islanders in 2006-07, and signed with Anaheim in the 2008 offseason.
