Rafael Cabrera-Bello is a pro golfer from Spain. Born on May 25, 1984, Cabrera-Bello started playing golf at the age of six prior to establishing a successful amateur career. He won the Spanish National Championship for every age group level from under 7 to under 18 and finished at fourth at the Open de Espana when he was 17. Cabrera-Bello turned pro when he reached 20 in 2005 and secured a place for himself in the Challenge Tour soon after.

He enjoyed a successful first season, winning his first professional win at the MAN NO open in Austria before finishing the season at 13th place which granted him a place in the European tour. However, he failed to finish better than 18th place in any tournament in 2007, when he finished outside the top 200 of the Order of Merit. After he failed to qualify in qualifying school, he returned to the Challengers in 2008. Cabrera-Bello compensated by winning the Credit Suisse Challenge in the same year. He also graduated to the main tour.

His second season of the European Tour was even more successful, missing one cut out of his first eleven events and finishing on the top 10 four times and in the top 20 five times. After a short slump that followed Cabrera-Bello upped his performance i at the Austrian Open, winning the title after making an 11-under-par final round of 60. The Spanish golfer currently has four professional wins, the Austrian Gold Open won in September 2009 and two wins in the Challenge Tour.
