Bjorn Dahlie was born on 19 June 1967 in Elverum, Norway. He is more commonly known as Bjorn.

Dahlie is a former Norwegian cross-country skier. He is considered by many as the greatest cross-country skier of all time – with a total of 8 Olympic titles and 9 World Championship titles under his name. He was also able to collect 4 Olympic silver medals and 17 other medals for the World Championships.
