Mandeep Singh is an Indian cricket player who was born in 1991 in Jalandhar, Punjab. The major teams that he had been an active part of include North Zone, Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab, Punjab, Punjab Under-19s and India Under-19s. Presently, he is playing for the IPL Franchise team Kings XI Punjab 2012.
This all rounder is a right handed top order batsman and right arm medium pacer. He was named as vice captain of the Indian team for the under 19’s squad World Cup held in New Zealand. In 2009, he was known as one of the stars of the under 19 tour of Australia, where he made 151 in the ODI.
His First class debut was in 2010 against the Himachal Pradesh team at Dharamsala, with his last match in 2011 against North Zone in Visakhapatnam. He made his debut in List A in Rohtak in 2010 against Haryana and last played in 2011 against Vidarbha in Indore. His Twenty20 debut came in 2010 when he played for the team of Kolkata Knight Riders and last Twenty20 the same year against Delhi team.
