Kamran Khan

Kamran Khan is an Indian cricket player who had represented the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL in 2009. He was with the Pune Warriors team in 2011 and at present, he has been retained by the Sahara Pune Warriors team to play at the IPL 5 season 2012.

He impressed Darren Berry, the director of coaching of the Rajasthan team in Twenty20 tournament. He was given a contract of 24,000 dollars for the second season of the IPL in 2010. He made his Twenty20 debut before having played a first class match.

As per Shane Warne, the captain of the Rajasthan Royals, Khan is a young kid, a slinger and a left armer who bowls at 140 km/h plus.

Of the 11 Twenty20 matches that he played, Khan scored 22 runs with a batting average of 22. He bowled 208 balls, taking 12 wickets with a bowling average of 25.
