Career

He started his career playing for Goa in 2001 and as of 2002, he is still part of the team. In 2008, he signed to play for the Rajasthan Royals and was there until 2010.

He made his Twenty20 debut on 3rd April 2007 for the Goa team against Hyderabad at Visakhapatnam. Asnodkar was selected by Rajasthan Royals for the Indian Premier League 2008 season. In May 2008, he debuted in the IPL while playing against Kolkata Knight Riders at Jaipur.
