Ankeet Chavan

Ankeet Anil Chavan is a left-handed player and other teams represented by him include Mumbai, and Mumbai Cricket Association XI, Mumbai U-19s, Mumbai U-22s and Rajasthan Royals 2011.

Chavan made his debut in cricket in a First-Class match played against Orissa in 2008 at Cuttack. This match was won by Mumbai by a huge margin, by 315 runs. In the first innings, 20 runs were scored in 40 balls. In the second innings, Chavan could pick up 2 wickets. The latest first-class match was played against Punjab from 18th of December, 2008 at ‘Brabourne Stadium’. This match was pocketed by Punjab by 9 wickets. In the first innings, Chavan could merely open his account. However, in the second innings, he captured a huge wicket.

He played his debut List A debut in Pune in 2008 against the Baroda cricket team and Twenty20 match debut in 2009 against Maharashtra in Pune. Presently, he is with the Rajasthan Royals team.
