Santosh Yadav (born Balram Santosh Kumar Yadav) is a former Indian cricketer, who was born in 1979 in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He had a very short career comprising of 10 First-class matches, two List A matches and three T20 matches. He presented the city of Hyderabad and was also picked by the Mumbai Indians for the Indian Premier League in 2011.

However, he never played a single IPL game for the Mumbai Indians and was released by the side before the following season.

He was predominantly a bowler, with right-arm off-break being his specialty. In the 10 First-class games he played, he scored a total of 353 runs in 16 innings, at an average of 25.21. As for his bowling performance, he just took 6 wickets in the format, with his best bowling figure being 2/13.

Similar is the tale for Yadav in the List A format as well, where he scored just 16 runs in a single, while picking two wickets for 35 runs. Needless to mention, this is a trend which is bound to be seen in the third format as well. In his three matches, he scored a total of 30 runs (his highest score being 16) and took five wickets over all. His best bowling figure here was 3/10, which he got against Andhra Pradesh in 2007.

Santosh Yadav made his first class debut in 1995-96 season and his List A debut in 1998-99 season. His Twenty20 debut came in 2007 against the team of Goa held in Visakhapatnam.
